Anthony leads the Sustainaprise Workplace Experience practice and methodology. He works with organizations to interpret diagnostic findings, clarify priorities, connect workplace decisions to organizational goals, and determine the right path forward.
Facilitation
Sarah Sims brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across workplace, facilities, and operations. She helps organizations and teams navigate change, strengthen communication, build alignment, and translate workplace strategy into action. Her work combines facilitation, leadership development, coaching, workplace operations, and education, giving her a strong understanding of both the people and operational sides of workplace transformation. Sarah is also an author and experienced professional educator.
Real Estate Lease Strategy
Kwabena Abboa-Offei is an attorney and commercial transactions executive with extensive experience negotiating complex agreements, evaluating risk, and structuring business terms that hold up under pressure. His background spans corporate, nonprofit, financial services, technology, and professional-services environments. At Sustainaprise, Kwabena brings that legal and commercial perspective to real estate lease strategy, helping organizations evaluate commitments, negotiate terms, and understand the business and risk implications of major lease decisions.
